To be respectful to our other patients, we ask that you arrive early to your appointment. If you are a new patient this should be 30 minutes prior for paperwork and registration. If you are an established patient please arrive 10 minutes early so you are ready to see the provider at your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment or arrive after your appointment time you may be considered a “no-show”. “No-shows” are extremely costly to a small clinic such as ours and prevent us from scheduling patients who need an appointment or surgery. Therefore we will apply a $50 “No-show” fee to your account and it must be paid before your next appointment. We do reserve the right to terminate the patient-provider relationship if there are 3 of more “no-shows”.
We do request a 24 hour cancellation notification. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. If you call after hours, you may leave a message notifying us of your need to cancel and we will retrieve it the next day.
